Understanding the Processing Fee on Your Invoice

Understanding the Processing Fee on Your Invoice

Why is There a Processing Fee?

The processing fee is 3.5% of the total invoice amount and is applied when you use a credit or debit card for payment. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the transaction, including payment processing and security measures.

Why is the $3.50 Charge Showing for Each Line Item?

The $3.50 charge you see on the invoice may appear to be a fee for a single line item, but this is not the actual processing fee.

The 3.5% processing fee is calculated based on the total invoice amount, not on individual SKUs or line items. The invoice may display a $3.50 charge as an example, but the real fee is applied to the overall total of your order.
