Marketing & Promotional Special Order Guide
Overview
While our standard fulfillment process maintains high quality, minor label issues such as smudging or wrinkling can occasionally occur with in-house labeling.
For orders where presentation is especially important, such as influencer shipments, affiliate marketing, product launches, or professional photoshoots, we offer additional quality checks and protective packaging upon request.
When to Request This
We recommend submitting a request if your order is intended for:
- Influencer or affiliate marketing campaigns
- Product launches or promotional shipments
- Professional photography or videography
How to Submit a Request
- Products requested
- Quantities
- Shipping information
- Requested delivery timeline
- Any special instructions or expectations
If expedited shipping is needed, we will include a quote for that as well.
What ODF Will Do
Once your request is received, our team will:
- Review available inventory (if applicable)
- Provide a quote for the order and any additional services
- Send an invoice for review and payment
After payment is received, we will:
- Enter the order into the system
- Conduct additional print quality checks
- Apply protective packaging (Brown Paper Wrapping)
Available Add-Ons
Depending on your needs, we can offer:
- Additional print quality inspections
- Protective packaging (e.g., bottle wrapping)
- Expedited processing and shipping

While additional print quality checks can be performed for individual or special orders, clients planning to send multiple bottles on a recurring cycle with these checks are strongly encouraged to order HQ Labels for consistent quality and efficiency. HQ Labels provide a higher degree of durability, reducing the need for repeated manual inspections.
