Placing a test order is a great way to ensure everything runs smoothly before submitting actual customer orders. We’ve created this guide to walk you through the process of submitting your first test order with us, along with some helpful details on order turnaround times.
To begin, please place your first order as you normally would on your store platform. However, for the purpose of testing, use the following customer details:
This will clearly indicate that it’s a test order meant to be canceled. Please note: if the address used looks like a real client’s address, there is a chance the order may be accidentally shipped out. For test orders, it’s best to keep the information generic.
Once your test order is submitted, please let us know so we can confirm that it has successfully come through our system. We will check the following key details to ensure everything is correct:
Address Clarity: We verify that the address has come through clearly and is not encrypted or formatted incorrectly, ensuring we can ship your products to the correct location.
Label SKUs: We confirm that the correct Label SKUs are listed in the proper place on the order to ensure the right labels are printed and applied to the products.
Order Details: We’ll also double-check that the products and quantities are listed correctly to avoid any issues with processing.
If this is a test order, we will cancel it on our side to ensure that no products are shipped out. Once everything is confirmed, we will notify you that your test order has been successfully processed and canceled. If any issues arise, we’ll reach out promptly to resolve them.
If you would like your test order to be shipped out (instead of canceled), simply enter the recipient’s correct name and address at checkout. This will allow us to process the order as you would with a real customer order.
If you are submitting a test order with a large quantity of bottles or multiple products, especially for your very first order, please keep the following in mind:
Order Turnaround Times: Bulk orders take longer to ship out than typical consumer orders. While everyday consumer orders (1-4 bottles) typically ship within 24-48 hours, bulk orders may take longer due to the extra steps involved in processing large quantities.
Labeling Process for Mixed Sizes: If your order contains bottles of different sizes, the turnaround will be longer due to the need for our printing team to change the size of the label paper for each product and print individual labels.
Don’t worry, though! For standard client orders (typically 1-4 bottles of the same size), this is not an issue. When printing large quantities of the same label, we can process them all at once, which is much faster than switching between different labels for individual bottles.
If you have any further questions or need assistance with your test order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re always happy to help!
