What are the customs requirements for other countries?

We recommend that our clients conduct their own research on customs laws and requirements for the specific countries and cities to which they plan to ship. Regulations can vary significantly between smaller and larger orders. Bulk shipments often face extended customs clearance times, sometimes up to a month, as they undergo thorough inspections before entering the destination country. Additionally, the clearance process can depend on the type and category of the supplement. For example, some countries restrict the import of hemp products or certain supplements like male enhancement or testosterone products. To avoid any issues, we suggest reaching out to a customs representative or shipping service in the destination countries to understand their specific regulations and restrictions.

Some countries have more straightforward customs procedures than others. Europe and Canada, for example, generally have more lenient regulations regarding supplements. In contrast, South America and the Middle East tend to have stricter customs processes, and packages often face returns due to difficulties clearing customs. Tracking packages once they leave the U.S. can also be challenging, so please be aware of this.

In our experience, Canada, the UK, and Australia are relatively relaxed with their fees and regulations, and we rarely encounter package rejections from these countries.
We strongly advise our clients to thoroughly research customs laws and requirements when shipping to South America, Africa, Asia, or the Middle East. We frequently see packages returned from these regions due to customs issues or prolonged delays.
