TikTok Shop Shipping Update: What Sellers Need to Know

TikTok Shop is phasing out Seller Shipping in the U.S. between February 25 and March 31, 2026. After this transition, sellers will be required to use TikTok-managed logistics, including Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT), Upgraded TikTok Shipping, or approved integrated third-party logistics (3PL) and ERP workflows.

This article explains how the update affects order fulfillment and what ODF is doing to support clients through this change.

What Is Changing on TikTok Shop

Under the new requirements, TikTok Shop will:

  • No longer allow fulfilled by seller shipping

  • Require TikTok-generated labels or approved logistics workflows

  • Enforce stricter rules around tracking accuracy and delivery speed

Sellers must use one of TikTok’s approved fulfillment methods to remain compliant.

ODF’s Current Shipping Capabilities

Upgraded TikTok Shipping & ERP Integrations
At this time, ODF does not support TikTok-generated shipping labels, as our current shipping software is not able to support TikTok’s shipping system. Currently, clients connect TikTok Shop directly to their ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify or WooCommerce), and ODF fulfills orders by integrating with those platforms.

What ODF Is Doing Next

ODF is actively evaluating ERP and 4PL solutions that are compatible with TikTok Shipping and TikTok’s updated logistics requirements. Our focus is to:

  • Maintain seamless order processing

  • Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies

  • Minimize disruption for clients as the changes roll out

What is the timeline and process for local sellers to migrate to TikTok Shop Logistics Services?
Sellers will receive a follow-up email on January 21, 2026, confirming their specific effective migration date.

What options do sellers have if they need more time to prepare for the logistics upgrade?
Sellers should promptly contact their TikTok account manager to request an extension. TikTok Shop will review the request and determine whether additional preparation time can be granted.

Do I need an ERP to sell on TikTok Shop?
