TikTok’s USPS Shipping Policy Update
Preparing for TikTok’s USPS Shipping Policy Update
Effective January 2026 – Important Information for TikTok Sellers
Overview
TikTok Shop has announced an upcoming policy change affecting sellers who use USPS for shipping. Starting January 2026, all USPS labels must be purchased and printed directly through TikTok Shipping. Labels created outside of TikTok, including those generated by ODF or other shipping platforms, will no longer be accepted and may trigger verification alerts on your store.
To help clients navigate this change, On Demand Fulfillment (ODF) is offering alternative shipping solutions to ensure your orders continue to be fulfilled smoothly. Please note: ODF does not require clients to make any of these changes—we are here to assist if you would like to switch carriers.
TikTok’s Official Update

Sellers using USPS labels not created through TikTok Shipping will see failed verification alerts.
Sellers wishing to continue working directly with their logistics providers must use carriers other than USPS.
TikTok recommends reviewing their TikTok Shipping Guide and taking necessary steps before December 31, 2025.
How ODF Can Help
To support clients through this transition, ODF has tested alternative shipping solutions and introduced DHL as a reliable option that aligns with TikTok’s updated requirements.
Key Points:
DHL Option: DHL shipping can be used for TikTok orders instead of USPS. It is fully compatible with TikTok’s updated policy.
Pricing: DHL rates are higher than USPS and our standard shipping pricing. A full rate sheet is attached HERE.
Client Choice: ODF will not automatically switch your orders to DHL. Any change must be requested by the client.
Action Steps for Clients
Review Your Shipping Options: Decide whether to continue with TikTok Shipping for USPS labels or switch to a carrier like DHL.
Reach Out to TikTok: For questions about TikTok’s shipping requirements, alerts, or software integration, contact Seller Support or your TikTok account manager.
