CANCELLATION:

How do I cancel my account?

To initiate the cancellation process, please notify us at least 10 business days before the end of the month. As per the agreement we can require up to 30 days, but we can usually accommodate a 10 day notice. 

This allows us enough time to process your request before your account membership renews for the following month.

Please note that after submitting the cancellation request, if you choose to reactivate your account in the future, you will need to re-activate  there will be a $199 reactivation fee.
