Enhance your e-commerce operations by connecting your online store with leading platforms to streamline product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer interactions.
To integrate with ODF for Amazon order processing, you must have an active Amazon Seller Central account.
Please note that Consumer Amazon accounts and Amazon Business accounts are not compatible with this integration.

To successfully integrate your Amazon account with ShipStation via On Demand Fulfillment (ODF), we recommend one of the following methods:
The easiest option is to use your primary Amazon Seller Central login credentials (email and password) for the integration.
If you prefer not to share your primary login, that’s totally fine — you can instead create a sub-account specifically for this purpose.
If you choose to create a sub-account, please follow these steps:
Create a Sub-Account: Use a secondary email address you control.
Provide Credentials: Send us the sub-account’s email and password.
Manage Permissions:
Ensure the sub-account has view and edit access for both orders and inventory.
Under Services, grant view and edit access to manage service requests.

The country your Amazon account is registered under (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia, etc.)
Once we receive your credentials, our team will begin the integration process by entering your information into ShipStation.
Important:
During this process, Amazon may send a One-Time Password (OTP) verification code. We’ll reach out to you when this happens — please be ready to share the code with us as soon as possible.
Once verification is complete, we’ll finalize the setup on our side and you’ll be fully integrated!
