Connecting Your ShipStation 3PL Integration

Purpose

This guide is designed to help you connect your ShipStation 3PL integration, allowing you to take full advantage of the added value and streamlined fulfillment this connection provides.

There Are Two Ways to Accept Our 3PL Invitation:

1. Via the Email Invitation (Recommended)

This is typically the easiest and fastest way to connect, and it's the method our ODF Team uses most often during onboarding.

Steps:

1. Notify our team that you’d like to integrate with us via 3PL.

2. Once your ShipStation account is created, provide us with the email address associated with your ShipStation account.

3. Our team will send you a connection invite directly from our side.

4. You will receive an email from ShipStation with a link to accept the connection.

5. Simply click the Connect button in the message body to proceed.

Once connected, you can begin setting up your fulfillment preferences and automation rules

2. From Within ShipStation Settings

Alternatively, you can accept the invitation directly through your ShipStation account:

• Go to Shipping > Fulfillment Providers

• Click the Action menu next to our name

• Select Review Connection

• Confirm that you understand the agreement

• Click Approve Connection

Set Up Your Automation Rules
This is especially important if not all of your orders are being fulfilled by ODF.
