Can I pause my account?
Our clients can pause their account at a reduced monthly cost of $49.99, keeping it ready for reactivation when you're ready to resume selling. Please note, upon reactivation, you'll be prorated for the remaining days of that month. Alternatively, you can choose to cancel your account entirely. However, if you decide to restart later, there will be a reactivation fee of $199. This process involves reconnecting your store, ensuring compliance with current standards, and setting everything up again. We highly recommend the first option as it's simpler and cheaper, especially if you plan to resume within 60 days.
